1x 1/2 Shoulder and 1x 1/2 leg joint – boned and rolled or on the bone (halved or whole),

2x Chump Chops,

6x Chops (or 1x trimmed rack)

1x 500g Mince.

Mince can be exchanged for burgers Chops can be individual or left as a trimmed rack. Joints can also be diced or cut into steaks.
